This device is suitable for dilute alcohol recovery in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and other industries. It is also suitable for the distillation of other solvents such as methanol. According to the needs of users, this device can be distilled from dilute alcohol at about 30°C to 90°C-95°C alcohol. If the alcohol content of the finished product is higher, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the output will decrease accordingly.

Structure and characteristics:

This device uses efficient metal stainless steel packing. The distillation tower is made of stainless steel to prevent iron filings from blocking the tower packing and extend the life of the device. All parts of the device that contact alcohol, such as condensers, voltage regulator tanks, and cooling coils, are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The distillation kettle adopts a detachable U-shaped heating tube. The U-shaped heating tube can be pulled out of the kettle during testing to facilitate cleaning of the outer wall of the heating tube and the wall of the distillation kettle. This device can produce batchwise, semi-continuous, continuous production.
