The heat pipes produced by our company are made of aluminum (rolled) finned tubes sealed at both ends, the inner wall of the processing channel is cleaned and vacuumed, and then filled with the best liquid working fluid. The heat pipe elements are arranged in equilateral triangles according to a certain row and column spacing, and are bundled in the shell of the frame. The heating section and the heat dissipation section of the heat pipe are separated by a middle partition board to form a heat pipe heat exchanger. 

　　The partition in this series of products adopts an effective sealing device to prevent leakage, and the original heat pipe is easy to assemble, disassemble, clean and replace. When the temperature changes, the original is free to expand and contract. When the heat pipe heat exchanger is used for both winter and summer, it is equipped with a rotating bracket, with an inclination angle of 5 to 7 degrees, and slopes to the hot end.
